The following are photos of our bakery in Nashville, TN. We have a great staff of full time employees, plus a seasonal part time staff. Valerie Wilson (President),Will Wilson (Exec. VP), Nora Gower (Manager), Justin Kavanuagh (Asst. Manager), Amanda Johnson (Baker). Our famous honey graham pecan crust is molded in springform pans and filled with our rich and creamy filling. The cheesecakes are then loaded into one of our ovens and baked; then cooled, sliced, packaged, and moved into cold storage.
