The safe and delicious arrival of your order is our number one priority and with that in mind we have developed a custom packaging system to insure that your order will arrive picture perfect. Tennessee Cheesecake stands by our pledge to have all of our cheesecakes and other products arrive in the best possible condition to our customers. Tennessee Cheesecakes can travel hundreds of miles and arrive picture perfect, because of our attention to detail.

Custom Packaging System

In order to ensure the safe and delicious arrival of your order, all of our cheesecakes ship in a cooler with a refrigerant, either dry ice or frozen gel, an example of one of our custom coolers is below.

Selecting an Arrival Date

During checkout, you will be able to select an arrival date for your package or you may choose to have your package delivered on the "Next Available Arrival Date." Please note Tuesday delivery is only available within our 1-DAY ZONE or with overnight shipping. Please reference the above table and transit time map for more information. Click here for our 1-Day transit time map, this map applies to all ship types.

All orders placed before 8:00a.m. CT will be available for shipping that same day, some orders placed after 8:00a.m. CT may also ship that same day. Only Next Day Air orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped on Thursday. Only Saturday Delivery orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped on Friday.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address information, and to make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery. We do not require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery it will be left by the delivery driver in a safe location so that you may collect it upon your return home.

Ground Plus®

Ground Plus® shipping service is available only for select areas on the west coast, northeast and midwest. Your cheesecake will arrive 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order, transit times range from 2 to 4 days. All Ground Plus® packages receive the same care and attention that our other ship types receive. Our custom Styrofoam cooler system allow our cheesecakes to stay frozen during transit, giving plenty of time for your package to arrive safe and delicious. Order Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. After your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email with the tracking number for your shipment. You can log in to your account anytime to see the status of your order or to track your package.

Shipping FAQs

Do you accept international orders or military addresses?

No, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories or international delivery locations at this time.

Do you ship to colleges/universities or hospitals?

Yes, we do accept deliveries to colleges, universities, and hospitals. Due to the nature of these types of institutions we cannot, however, guarantee delivery to on-campus college/university addresses or to other institutions that operate their own mail centers. To ensure freshness, cheesecakes must be delivered within a specific period of time after shipment. Orders that must be processed by college/university or other institutional mail centers are often delayed. Therefore, delivery to colleges/universities and hospitals is not recommended and cannot be guaranteed.

If you would like to ship to someone at this type of address we recommend coordinating with that person so that they can be sure to pick up their package on the day that it arrives at their particular mail distribution center. Another option would be to ship the item to the nearest Fedex location and have your recipient pick up their package there. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The cost of shipping is determined using our shipping calculator. To see how much shipping for your order will cost and what shipping types are available for your address, simply follow the directions below.
1. Add an item or items to your cart.
2. Put the zip code of the shipping address in the shipping calculator box.
3. Click Go.

The shipping calculator will tell you which shipping options are available and how much they will cost for the items currently in your cart.
