Custom Packaging System
The safe timely arrival of your order is our number one priority. Our delicious desserts are shipped in custom packaging; packed inside a cooler with a refrigerant (either dry ice
or frozen gel packs) to keep it frozen from our bakery to your doorstep. A Tennessee cheesecake can travel
hundreds of miles and arrive in perfect condition, ready to eat, because
of our custom packaging system. Tennessee Cheesecake stands by our pledge that all of our desserts will arrive in the best possible condition to our customers. An example of one of our custom coolers is below.

Selecting an Arrival Date
During checkout, you will be able to select an arrival date for your order or you may choose to have your order delivered on the "Next Available Arrival Date". Please reference the above table and transit time map for more information. Click here for our 1-Day transit time map, this map applies to all ship types.
All orders placed before 12:00 a.m. CST will be available for shipping the following shipping day, some orders placed after 12:00 a.m. CST may also ship that same day. Please note that Tuesday delivery is only available within our 1-DAY-ZONE or with OVERNIGHT shipping. Only Next Day Air orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped on Thursday. Only Saturday Delivery orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped on Friday.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address information and to make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery. We do not require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery it will be left by the delivery driver in a safe location so that you may collect it upon your return home.
Ground Plus® shipping service is available only for select areas within the west coast, Northeast and Midwest. Your cheesecake will arrive 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order with transit times ranging from 2 to 4 days. All Ground Plus® packages receive the same care and attention that our other shipping types receive. Our custom packaging system allows our cheesecakes to stay frozen during transit so your package arrives safe and delicious. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. After your order has shipped we will send you an additional email with the tracking number for your shipment. You can log in to your account anytime to see the status of your order or to track your package.
Do you accept international orders or military addresses?
No, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses, U.S. Territories or international delivery locations at this time.
Do you ship to colleges/universities or hospitals?
Yes, we do accept deliveries to colleges, universities, and hospitals. Due to the nature of these types of institutions we cannot, however, guarantee delivery to on-campus college/university addresses or to other institutions that operate their own mail centers. To ensure freshness, cheesecakes must be delivered within a specific period of time after shipment. Orders that must be processed by college/university or other institutional mail centers are often delayed. Therefore, delivery to colleges/universities and hospitals is not recommended and cannot be guaranteed.
If you would like to ship to someone at this type of address we recommend coordinating with that person so that they can be sure to pick up their package on the day that it arrives at their particular mail distribution center. Another option would be to ship the item to the nearest Fedex location and have your recipient pick up their package there. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
The cost of shipping is determined using our shipping calculator. To see how much shipping for your order will cost and what shipping types are available for your address, simply follow the directions below.
